Your privacy

Last updated 19 October 2026

In short: if you join our testers list, we keep your email address so we can tell you about testing Dedicated Dads. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for marketing, and we’ll delete it whenever you ask.

Who we are

Dedicated Dads is a new planning app for dads, currently in development in the UK. We are responsible for the information you give us through this website. You can contact us at hello@dedicateddads.dad.

What we collect

When you join the testers list, we collect:

We don’t ask for your name, your children’s details or anything else on this website. If you email us, we’ll also have your message and the email address you sent it from.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to:

We do this because you’ve asked us to by signing up (your consent). You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Where it’s kept

The testers list is stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in London. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The page’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads. These providers act on our behalf and don’t use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until the testing programme ends, whichever comes first. After that, we delete it.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We don’t share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who help us run this website.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run analytics on it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

Email hello@dedicateddads.dad and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The app

The Dedicated Dads app itself will have its own, more detailed privacy notice before anyone stores information about their children in it.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
